Centralcarta has gained market shares in the Italian and International tissue paper manufacturers’ market with its products dedicated to the professional and consumer world of paper products, and with its private label products.
Only a few years ago the industrial roll was considered a poor, low quality product dedicated to the industrial manufacturing environments. In recent years this product has managed to gain share in the market of the "Away from Home", replacing the classic kitchen roll because of its affordability and practicality.
After registering this change in trend, the company has decided to entrust Pulsar for the management of the layout of the packaging line, to make it more versatile and improve the production capacity.
The available production settings can be easily selected from the Pulsar operator panel. Moreover, the harmonization software communicates the speeds to the wrapper according to the level of the accumulator, in order to avoid the stops of the production line.
Another great advantage on the format change has been achieved by using Pulsar adjustable guides. The operator is able to adjust the guides of the entire section of the conveyor, including the curves, in a continuous and precise way, from a diameter of 120 mm to 350mm.
All the packs handling line has been realized with MC103 modular chain conveyors, designed to avoid accidents, to be silent, also at high speed and to manage the accumulation of product without damaging it.
Thanks to Centralcarta, Pulsar has been given the opportunity to bring the experience gained in manufacturing converting lines for toilet and kitchen paper to the industrial products, contributing significantly to increase the quality of products and the productivity of the line, from the rewinder to the palletizing.
