It is a roll lowerator unit that can be used to divert the product, coming from an upper line, onto a lower parallel line.
The unit is made up of a lowering sheet metal chute with upstream fulcrum because the product comes from the lower line, so it can be lifted when not used.
Transfer is carried out thanks to gravity, and the product is guided both laterally and on the upper part with two format adjustable guides.
Exchange from one position to the other (high-low) is helped by hydraulic activation. The operator, manually activating the pump, activates the cylinders that, by extending and constricting, move the arrival position.
The unit can only operate statically and the configuration change shall be carried out when the line is stopped.
